Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. Complete the available options, then select Preview Your Personalization. Check every name, number, photo and selected detail before adding the item to your cart.
When will my order arrive?
Your item is made to order. Use the delivery estimate above for your selected destination. Production and delivery times vary by product, and holidays or peak periods can add time. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@mangofy.co within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, cancellations and modifications are not accepted because production begins. A 1.5% processing fee applies to cancellations. See our Refund & Return Policy.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Report an eligible issue within 30 days of delivery. This includes damage, the wrong or missing item, or an item significantly different from its preview. Customer-entered personalization errors and display-related color or size differences are excluded. Please contact support before returning anything. See the full policy.
How can I track my order?
Watch for the confirmation email with your tracking link. Carrier updates can take 5?7 business days. If the estimated delivery date has passed, email support@mangofy.co with your order number.
