Refund Policy
At Mangofy™, we are committed to bringing you high-quality personalized products with the best service. Since each item is made-to-order, our refund and return policy has specific conditions as outlined below.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal for your convenience.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies.
CANCEL / MODIFY ORDER
• Please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, exchange, or update your order information.
• After this timeframe, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted as production begins immediately.
• If design modifications are requested, production may be delayed.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
1. Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items
• You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
• Eligible cases include: product significantly different from preview, manufacturing or shipping damage, wrong item sent, or missing item.
• Non-eligible cases include: color/size differences due to monitor settings, incorrect size/design/personalization provided by the customer, damages caused by misuse.
2. Refund Processing Time
• Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Prepaid Card: up to 30 days depending on the issuer
If you do not receive your refund within these timeframes, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If issues persist, contact us at support@mangofy.co.
3. Shipping Issues
• If your order has no tracking updates for more than 15 days (US) or 25 days (international), you may request a refund or replacement.
• If the order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, only 70% of the item value will be refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
• All returned packages may be donated or disposed of, as products are personalized.
• A 1.5% management and processing fee applies to all cancellations.
